Manifolds are prepaired according to customers requirement, it can be made in various metal option like chrome plated brass, SS304/316 for innert and corrosive gas it can be fitted with auto changeover systems, valves, needle valves,SS braided thermoplast/PTFE hose pipe with safety rope option, NRV (non return valve), pigtails, single/double stage regulator, inline pressure gauges, manifold is mounted on heavy M.S. channel for better structural support.

Manifolds with gas auto changeover is used for two or more cylinder systems where automatic switching over from one cylinder to another is required, when the primary cylinder is getting empty then the auto change over system will automatically switch to other full cylinder this system can ensure uninterupted supply of gas.

Our manifolds are manufactured in clean and strile environment and is made of non-corrosive material to ensure utmost purity of the media (gas). Manifolds systems are tested multiple times at various stages of manufacturing and is dispatched only after passing all quality check this ensures high quality leak free systems.

Pressure decrease in the primary cylinder bank will trigger automatic switch over to secondary cylinder bank, this allows for replacement of empty cylinder without intrrupting gas supply.
